Policy Regarding Alcohol and Drug Use
TET Global Logistics aspires to offer a safe, healthy and efficient work environment to its employees. Our firm is aware that cooperative use of alcohol, drug or any kind of drugs prevents employees from working properly and has a negative impact on other employees and safety and efficiency of our firm as a whole.
It is absolutely forbidden to possess or distribute legal medicines’ use for bad means or illegal drugs, any kind of drugs or prescripted medicines acquired from unprescripted ways. A counter behaviour is a reason for dismissal from work.
It is forbidden to include, distribute or sell alcoholic beverage in the facilities that belong to the firm, without the permission of top executive.
It is forbidden to be unable to work due to drug or alcohol use and being found as such is a reason for dismissal. In addition to including provisions regarding alcohol and drug, this policy is valid for all drugs and similar chemicals.
