Turkey Exporters Assembly shared a new information about Simplified Customs Boundry application.
Goods that are subject to trade between the two countries can be notified easily by electronic means to the customs authorities of the countries. The system called Simplified Customs Boundary was introduced in 2008. In the statement, it was announced that there are ongoing works to expand the system.
In the meeting with the Russian Customs Service, it was planned to include low-risk firms to the Simplified Customs Line Application. The companies that want to use the system should not have any customs debts, should not have violated Russian customs legislations and should have international economic activity.
Companies that meet these criterias will be considered as reliable and can benefit from the implementation of the Simplified Customs Boundry.

The fuel sale service provided to the drivers at the Ipsala border crossing was paused on 4 August 2019. There is an updated information about the disruption caused by the change of the fuel distribution company. As of 7 August 2019, the fuel sale service at Ipsala border gate started again by the new company.

Starting from July 26, Slovenia provided 500 additional transition documents in return for train route usage. Transition documents, which have become available for use, will be deducted from the transition documents of 2020.
The transit transition documents for 2019, which allow transportation via Slovenia, were expired by the end of July.
