25 Eyl 2019Additional Traffic Ban for Trucks in Hungary
According to the information provided by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, starting from the 1st of March 2020 the current general ban on night driving for vehicles above 20t MPW (22-06) on road nr. 86 between Mosonmagyaróvár and Csorna will be replaced by a total ban on transit traffic.
Freight traffic, after the introduction of the modifications, will be able to use a more secure route between Mosonmagyaróvár and Csorna, the M1 motorway and the M85 road. The measure is expected to have a positive effect on the roadside settlements, which will be less exposed to environmental emissions.
09 Eyl 2019The Latest Situation in Czech Transit Transition Documents
According to the data obtained from the Transition Documents Automation System (GEBOS), the transition documents of the Czechia are running out. As a result of the analysis on the data, the transit documents of the Czechia are expected to be exhausted on 10 September 2019.
In order to continue the transports over the Czechia without interruption, an additional transit document was requested. If additional transit documents are provided, it is foreseen that our colleagues will not suffer in the rest of 2019.
03 Eyl 2019Comprehensive Traffic Inspection Throughout Germany on September 12 2019
According to the statement made by Schleswig-Holsteins Germany, a comprehensive traffic inspection will be carried out throughout Germany on September 12 2019. The main focus of the inspections will be on heavy load vehicles.
Our colleagues who will be in Germany on the day of the audits need to pay particular attention to certain issues. The issues that should be given importance are; the general condition of the vehicle, vehicle dimensions, axle weights, load safety, driving and rest periods.
