6. Legal Basis and Your Rights
The processing of personal data through strictly necessary cookies is based on sub-paragraph (f) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK: “processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”. Analytics and third-party content cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent under the first paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK. Using service providers abroad, such as Google, may involve international data transfers. International transfers are subject to the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK separately from your cookie preferences. Cookie consent alone does not establish that these conditions are met. You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK, which sets out the rights of the data subject, to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
