Our high-standard quality and safety policies for chemical and food transport.
Our policies
Principles that guide our operations
At Tetglobal, we transport the raw materials that make up many of the products we use every day, such as personal care, cleaning, pharmaceutical, organic, paint, food, agricultural and construction products. We are aware of the responsibility we carry.
With our fleet of more than 300 vehicles, the Dilmak Chemical Tanker Cleaning and Treatment Facility and our experienced team, we work according to the principle of quality, safe and environmentally friendly service.
01Our Quality Policy
As TET Global Logistics, we carry out bulk chemical transport and chemical tanker cleaning in accordance with the SQAS standards for sustainable safety and quality set by the European Chemical Industry Council.
We transport many different chemicals, including personal care, cleaning, pharmaceutical, organic chemistry, paint, food, agricultural and construction chemicals, in a hygienic environment using temperature-controlled, ADR-certified tankers, containers, tractors and light equipment, all made of 316 L grade stainless steel.
With a daily transport capacity of 10,000 tonnes, we ensure easy and fast transport of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals across Türkiye and Europe, and container transport between any points in the world. Thanks to our strategic location and large fleet, we offer integrated (intermodal) logistics by road, rail and sea, accompanying the products we carry from the loading point to the unloading point.
We continue our chemical tanker sterilisation activities in cooperation with Dilmak Tanker. Holding ISO 9001 quality certification and a European cleaning certificate, the Dilmak Chemical Tanker Cleaning and Treatment Facility delivers high service standards with its automated washing systems and expert team.
Accordingly, as TET Global Logistics, we attach importance to:

02Our Security Policy
As TET Global Logistics, we manage occupational health and safety in accordance with the British Standards Institution's OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System criteria, with our expert team and experienced drivers holding SRC 5 dangerous goods licences.
In our logistics activities under ADR dangerous goods regulations, our vehicles and the products we carry are comprehensively protected against all possible damage and loss. In addition to motor insurance covering financial damage from traffic accidents and theft, we protect transported goods with an Excess Damage Agreement that raises the voluntary liability limit of the motor policy. We are also committed to compensating any damage or loss to transported goods through cargo insurance.
We provide comprehensive service across all our logistics activities in line with ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System criteria. Our operations are supported by technology infrastructure and purpose-built software. Our Vehicle Tracking System gives customers an online platform with instant, detailed information about the vehicle carrying their orders, while our ERP software integrates with customer systems to manage the entire logistics process, from order to delivery, quickly and efficiently.
Our aim is to maintain our operations without interruption through an effective security system. We protect company personnel, products, facilities and strategic information against external attacks and threats.

03Our HSE-S Policy
We value the sustainability of natural resources, which sustain the life cycle and are the raw materials of many products we use every day. In this context, we minimise potential accidents in liquid chemical transport and chemical tanker cleaning that could harm the environment.
We operate in compliance with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). By using EURO 5 and EURO 6 engine technology in our vehicles, we contribute to environmental sustainability and the protection of natural resources for a healthy future.
As shareholders, managers and employees of TET Global Logistics, a company active in chemical transport and chemical tanker cleaning, we aim to comply with and continuously improve health, safety, environment and security criteria in all our activities and related processes.
To this end, we review every element, including vehicle, tool and equipment selection, personnel policy, training and working methods, to define the steps to be taken and contribute to better industry conditions. Accordingly, we have adopted the following principles:
